• Interfaces, designs and graphic charters: protected by copyright and sui generis right.
• GoMySeo logo and The Ovena trademark: distinctive signs of the publisher. Any unauthorized use constitutes infringement liable to engage the civil and criminal liability of its author.
• Platform source code: exclusive property of the publisher, protected by copyright for software (article L.112-2 of the French IP Code).

Third-party trademarks mentioned on the site (Google, Stripe, etc.) remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Their mention does not imply any partnership or endorsement.

The publisher operates under the VAT exemption scheme provided for in article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. As such, no VAT is collected on GoMySeo services while this scheme remains applicable.

The wording "TVA non applicable, article 293 B du CGI" (VAT not applicable) appears on invoices issued to clients. Business clients subject to VAT in their own country are invited to check the reverse-charge rules applicable in their jurisdiction.

The publisher strives to ensure the accuracy and regular updating of information published on the site. However, GoMySeo cannot be held liable for:
